Registration is now closed. A secure site is provided for registration online. Credit card payments can be made with visa or mastercard; or alternatively payment made by cheque after registering. A Tax Invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants as the fee includes a GST component, which will represent a credit for some delegates. The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. Those who are registering as part of a group, can indicate their group leader (and email), and the group can then make a single payment to cover all members.
All online registrations are checked by the secretariat before any credit card authorisation is sought. It is impossible for the secretariat to charge the same registration twice if you inadvertently repeat the process. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes after you have registered, please email the details to the secretariat - do not re-register.
REGISTRATION RATES Student Registration $85 Full Registration $200 The registration rate includes: - session attendance and conference literature
- accommodation in a shared room on the 11th
- lunch and afternoon tea on the 11th
- breakfast and morning tea on the 12th
- the conference dinner on the night of the 11th - Note limits apply as there will be more delegates than can attend the dinner. Tickets will be allocated in order of registration. Late delegates who are unable to obtain a ticket will need to make their own dinner arrangements that evening.
ACCOMMODATION for the night of the 11th Delegates must share a room. You will be asked questions about room sharing during registration. If you wish to share with a particular colleague, please ensure you both enter the same details when you register. OPTIONAL MASTERCLASS Delegates can elect to attend an afternoon masterclass on the 12th on Thesis Writing. Those attending will have lunch provided. Please select the option when registering. Registration is free, although limited to 100 participants. Preference will be given to research higher degree candidates in their third or more year of study. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of A$50 if made in writing before 5th September 2008. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty. INSURANCE The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
