There is no charge for accommodation. This is to remove any financial barriers that might otherwise prevent postgraduate research students from attending.

Share accommodation is being provided for conference delegates at the York Fairmount Resort and nearby venues. If you wish to nominate another conference delegate with whom to share a room please do so during the registration process.

Please note: The rooms are provided free to delegates so NO single rooms are being made available to delegates and NO rooms are available for partners or children who are not delegates. If you wish to have your own room or share with a partner or child (who are not delegates) please make arrangements to stay in one of the many establishments nearby [Try the Blue Mountains Web as a starting point]. There are NO special rates or rebates for delegates not requiring accommodation.

Room allocation
Rooms will be allocated only to fully paid-up delegates.
Preference will be given to individuals presenting posters.
Individuals who do not indicate a sharing preference will be allocated rooms.
