The Thin Green Line

As part of World Rangers Day, ASN Events were awarded the Ndouvu Business Award, in recognition of our "dedication, commitment and support for rangers, their families, and conservation internationally."

Awarded at The Thin Green Line's annual Gala Function at Fitzroy Town Hall, this is a great honor from a wonderful charity that ensures the ongoing financial support of families of rangers that die in the course of their jobs (predominantly by poachers).

Celebrating Certification:

ASN Events has gained accreditation as a Certified Event Company (CEC) from the Professional Conference Organisers Association of Australia and New Zealand. Accordingly, we are proud to use the CEC seal. Accreditation as a corporate sector CEC provides our clients with even greater assurance that we are committed to the highest quality event management business practices, consistency and reliability. It is also a sign of our support and aims of lifting standards across the events Industry as a whole.

Much has changed at ASN Events over 20 years and much has also stayed the same.

ASN Events was founded in 1990 by its current two partners, Mike Pickford and Simon Monk. Both are still intrinsically involved in helping deliver the most professional conference and event organisation services.

ASN Events has, since that time, grown to now encompass two offices, located in the Melbourne CBD and on the Mornington Peninsula.

These offices house a large team of dedicated conference and event personnel who assist in the organisation of events, meetings and conferences throughout Australia and internationally.

Over the years ASN Events has delivered countless conferences, scientific meetings, corporate events, exhibitions and associated events. They all have in common the ASN Events stamp - of friendly and professional service, dependable support throughout the event organising process, and prudent financial management.

The things that have stayed the same are our values which focus on the absolute desire to deliver the best event service at every step of the journey. And to have fun in doing it!

Taking Responibility for the Environment Every Step of the Way

ASN Events takes active responsibility for the environment in everthing we do. We don't just talk about it. We walk the talk.

From our care and attention in designing and delivering environmentally-sound events to our green workplace ethic we ensure everything possible is done to leave the planet in the best shape possible.

And it extends to the charities we support.

At ASN Events a lot of time, thought and consideration has gone into the charities that we get behind.

The organisations that we donate time and money to share similar ideals, passions and environmental concerns.

For this reason, we are key supporters of The Thin Green Line Foundation, a charity that supports Park Rangers and their families across the globe at the frontline of conservation.

ASN Events provides financial support and expertise in event organisation so that the Thin Green Line can contine to fight the good fight. Our staff are also actively engaged in assisting The Thin Green Line. A number of our staff have donated their time at TTGL functions and events.
