DNA methylation measurement using bisulphite based technologies Print

DNA methylation is the most widely studied epigenetic modification and has been unequivocally linked to proper growth and development as disruption of methylation profile has been linked to several diseases,   including cancer. This two-day practical workshop offers researchers an opportunity to acquire knowledge and experience in current technologies used to profile DNA methylation in mammals. Experts in the field will discuss different technologies with hands-on practical component on bisulphite sequencing and mass spectrometry-based DNA methylation analyses (Sequenom MassARRAY Epityping).
