Account Executive - Sales and Logistics (new position)
ASN Events is a Professional Conference Organiser and manages over 50 events per annum, with a client base spanning across medical, scientific, environmental and community organisations. We are seeking an experienced sales orientated individual to lead a sales team and ensure sales of sponsorship, exhibition space and advertising continues to meet our clients’ needs.
The candidate we are seeking is likely to have 10 years sales experience, preferably in a small to medium business, with experience in managing a small team. This full-time position, reporting to the Financial Controller, will be based in North Melbourne. Attendance at events will also be required from time to time, including intrastate, interstate and overseas. A current driver’s licence and own car is essential.
The successful candidate will have a high level of administrative and computer skills, exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing, be self-motivated, be able to meet targets, work with minimum direction and have a flexible and adaptable work ethic.
Experience in the exhibition industry will be highly regarded.
